How DuraFlex Products Fail - and How We Fix Them

• DuraFlex SW (Stainless Wall) liners develop circumferential cracks at the first flue joint below the smoke chamber. The SW’s .006-inch 316Ti alloy flexes well during install but work-hardens at stress points, especially in Kirkland’s wet winters where thermal shock from cold starts is common.
